Evonne Broten, MA, LPC

Stress, overwhelm, burnout, restlessness, anxiety, exhaustion. So many of us are feeling these things at a heightened level due to world events, our fast-paced lifestyles, and constant connectivity and overstimulation. This can put the body in a perpetual state of high alert, never fully recovering or getting deep rest. I specialize in working with women who struggle with these issues. I have been there and can guide you to find your way back to your strength; to a sense of safety. I offer video sessions as well as nature-based therapy in person.

Together we will work to help you feel relaxed, grounded and safe in session, and give you tools so that you can cultivate these feelings on your own. My style is warm and nurturing with an emphasis on providing a solid foundation while simultaneously uplifting and encouraging you. We can work on setting goals and taking action steps towards achieving them.

I’m here to guide you to find your own voice, to help you learn to listen to and trust your inner wisdom, and to walk beside you as you take steps toward discovering and embracing your authentic self. When you truly know, accept, and embrace yourself, you can stand in the world with personal power.
